Brandon is a business strategist and speaker. He's the creator of hundreds of brands and has been involved in growing hundreds more, from real estate and retail to nonprofits, influencers and tech.
He owns BrandDesign and Social Brand Pro, co-created the RISE Business Framework, and has served as CMO and senior consultant at Sharper Business Solutions since 2019. He co-founded The Talking Shirt with his wife, Rachel, and is a co-founder of The RISE Generation.
Having launched national campaigns and built companies from the ground up, Brandon helps leaders see the vision for what's next and the practical steps it takes to get there. His approach combines business clarity, marketing psychology and high-conversion creative.
Christian, husband to Rachel since 2003, and dad to three daughters. Raised in Merrillville, Indiana. Now based in Marion, Iowa, working with leaders across the country.
Brandon founded BrandDesign to give CEOs and founders a marketing leader who owns the plan, leads the team and tracks the results. It's where most of his client work happens today.
